President's Volunteer Service Award Application/Nomination

The President's Volunteer Service Award is given by President Barack Obama to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation over the course of a 12 month period. The 2Volunteer Committee at CCHS is a designated certifying organization.

Any teacher, administrator, or volunteer agency director may nominate a student or the student may nominate him/herself. The student must fill out the reflection portion of this application. All service must be documented and verifiable.
