“Tales of the Night” at Mass Audubon’s Drumlin Farm (Lincoln): Get into the Halloween spirit at this popular family event. There will be giant insects, a spooky graveyard, storytelling, nocturnal animal demonstrations and more. Volunteers assist staff with admissions, parking detail, face painting, serving hot cider/cookies, and by being a character on the Nursery Rhyme Trail or a ghoul on the Haunted Hayride – screaming required J. The costumes are provided. Thursday and Friday, October 26 and 27, from 5:30 to 9:30pm. Sign up for one or both evenings. There is an optional volunteer / staff dinner before the event.
